At long last, Katie's 1st upper tooth has come out. She wiggled and pushed and played with it since before Thanksgiving. I was sure that it would be out at Christmas, but finally tonight, she did it! Now she looks a bit like a hockey player. On to the next tooth so that she can sing, "All I want for my birthday are my 2 front teeth, my 2 front teeth, see my 2 front teeth..."

Woo-hoo! I hope the tooth fairy visited you, Katie. And a well-deserved trip to Maui for Mom & Dad - how wonderful! You will have a wonderful relaxing time (at least when not working, Kyle!).
